The principal trade module stores all real-time and historical trades where an execution is performed where a PositionWatch client is on both the sell and buy side of the trade, and one side of the trade is a client trade. Compliance Users can query the current day or change the date range for historical data. Both sides of the transaction are provided with full trade details shown on the screen to enable analysis by complaince. The principal trades logic will show only those unintentional crosses and filters out cross and wash trades that have their own seperate reporting systems within PositionWatch.
