PositionWatch can automatically interface with 3rd party trade matching systems and provide the trade support users with the client's allocations instructions. Trade support is only required to select the inventory or the order to apply the allocation instructions against which eliminated the entire key punch process. If desired, trade support can override values in the allocations in case of errors supplied by the buy-side. PositionWatch learns the external to internal account code cross-reference due to consistency issues in the buy-side supply the correct account numbers.

Currently, PositionWatch supports FMC, and Macgregor (GWL, Laketon, London Life) as trade matching sources with OmGeo CTM support in development to be released shortly. PositionWatch has made it possible not to have to use the FMC client at all as the data is automatically populated in the trade allocation module throughout the day.
